We consult and coach with organizational leaders. We can help you develop strategic talent management programs including succession management, selection and assessment, leadership development, executive/career coaching, and corporate retreats helping organizations fill their leadership pipeline with emotionally intelligent leaders and "Win the War for Talent". We specialize in working with professional service firms including attorneys and law firms. We facilitate leadership retreats nationally and in Costa Rica.

The CEO and founder of a major Bay Area Company contacted me about his retiring in a few years and the search for a successor. In collaboration with the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team, we created a competency model for the CEO position. I provided executive/leadership coaching for two of the company VP's who were selected as CEO candidates. As a result of the executive /leadership coaching, the BOD and CEO selected one of the VP's, who most clearly demonstrated the requisite CEO competencies to lead the company into the future.

The Society for Advancement of Consulting (SAC) has announced two rare "Board Approved" designations for Dr. Maynard Brusman in the specialties of Executive/Leadership Coaching and Trusted Advisor to Attorneys and Law Firms.

Board Approvals are rare and are held by less than five percent of the membership of SAC, and that membership is less than five percent of all practicing consultants.
